The Arkansas MBDA Business Center was officially launched in September 2022. Pam Reed was announced as the Arkansas MBDA Business Center Project Lead in October of 2023. Pam is experienced in planning, implementing, and monitoring programs. She has a strong background in providing one-on-one assistance to business owners. Pam is a dedicated leader, planner, and teacher.
